Over the years one of the main attractions of our Stock Market
Challenge Events is the non-profit student portion of the event; where
students can come out and test their investing skills in a virtual market.

They receive information and analysis on the market which they
examine and then decide which stocks they'd like to invest in. As every
day inside the event is only 1 minute long there is added pressure once
the investing begins. Students' receive updated analysis and portfolio
printouts throughout the entire game and their standings change in real
time as the market fluctuates and as they make wise or unwise
investing decisions using the information given.

Tomorrows Tycoon is our web based version of the Stock Market
Challenge. It is a fun cap-off to a lesson on the market or about the
economy and it is intended to inspire students to learn more and to
ultimately empower themselves by increasing their financial literacy.
There are many web based games that mirror the actual market and
take place over several long and tedious months. Tomorrows Tycoon is
not this type of game. Tomorrows Tycoon is an intense 30 minute game
where students compete in a fast paced virtual environment to see who
can handle the pressure and make the most money by the end of
session.

Tomorrows Tycoon is in the final stages of its development. In just a
few months it will come to market and will be sold in bundles whereby
educators or non-profit organizations will have access to over 100
games, various markets, and all standings will be recorded and posted
internationally so that students can truly test their investing skills on a
global setting as well as show their friends and family their results and
international ranking.
