In 1999 the founders of Fun-Raiser Inc. decided to wage war against boring events. With 2 businessmen and 1 amazing
software developer we created the Stock Market Challenge; the worlds fastest and most exciting stock market simulation that
has gone on to raise millions of dollars as a non-profit fund raiser, entertained thousands of clients in corporate parties and
team building exercises, as well help inspire a legion of young people to learn more about the stock market.

Following the success of the Stock Market Challenge we focused on a new market: real estate. Thus the Real Estate
Challenge was born. A virtual real time competition that allows teams to buy and sell buildings or famous properties with all of
the idiosyncrasies that drive the actual real estate market; interest rates, supply and demand, natural disasters etc.

We are currently focused on bringing the Stock Market Challenge to students all over the world and are now in the final stages
of development for Tomorrows Tycoon, a web-based version of our enormously popular event. Tomorrows Tycoon will allow
students to compete against other students all over the world with the ability to log on afterwards to show their family and
friends all the details of their competition as well as how they compare on a global scale. This will be an excellent educative
tool that is also incredibly fun. The opportunity to partake in Tomorrows Tycoon throughout the year and then host a Stock
Market Challenge event so that the top students can compete against each other in person is also an attractive option for
most educators.

In the mean time Fun-Raiser Inc. will continue to develop and bring high-tech interactive competitions to market in the hopes
that one day there will be no more boredom where events and education are concerned.
